whilst visiting Sanctuary hills recently, i noticed some furniture causing a blockage.

can I fix that with local plot refresh?

Is that a prebuilt settlement? Never seen that furniture used in SS.

and it's worse than I thought.

plot refresh via breaker or via settlement options/local plot refresh, only refreshed half the plot.
city wide refresh also didn't change it.

i will try scrapping the plot and furnishing it myself.

the plot i thought was causing the problem turned out to be an internal residential plot. which was innocent.
after careful examination of the area I discovered this. is it connected to the couch and chair?

if it is, how do i remove it?

all fixed! i changed the plot type via the Asam to industrial. that must have caused a logic reset or something, because all the misplaced items disappeared.
