Sim Settlements 3.4.5 - The Boring Patch

Yep, 3.4.5a, only edge case I've seen, aside from the lone robots is ten pines; though, that isn't showing in the happiness report so it's likely unrelated to the report itself. So far as the single robot settlements are concerned, that may not be easy to fix without any sort of exception checking; obviously, it'd be easier to deal with in grey garden, due to there being a certain number of hard coded, non movable, robot settlers. Unless there is a way to specifically check the 'race' of a settler, there may not be an easy fix [depends on how bethesda set it up, I was trained as a programmer, but tend to stay away from it, greatest exposure to modding for their games is heavy edits, merges, and fixes in xedit and looking at the data structure.]. Good work on the rest of the fix though, extremely timely, haven't taken a look at your source; but, if you were able to troubleshoot and fix so many things so quickly, it seems like you're probably using best practices. It's a bit refreshing to see honestly x3
