I used Sim Settlements first on Starlite. Occasionally, when I came to visit, it would ask me if I wanted to expand it or something, and I said yes. However, I've gotten to the point where the only way for me to expand more is to go over the settlement limit. The sim warned me not to to do because of performance issues so I said to leave the limit alone. That is all fine and good, but I have buildings now with missing floors and or walls.
I've told it to refresh a few times but the walls and/or floors are still missing. Do I need to 'downsize' a plot or two? Do I need to destroy it and not have it expand when asked? What is the best way for me to fix this and not have it happen to my other settlements?
