Settlemnt no longer under my control after leveling up

After sunshine tidings co op leveled up to level 1, the settlement no longer shows to be under my control in the pipboy, and my supply line has been cut. I'm unable to access mats from sanctuary. Working on finding a past save I can check, was doing nukaworld while it was upgrading.

Edit to add: none of my settlements show up under my control in my pipboy. This was after an update today of hud framework. Not sure if bug is ss or hudf

Edit 2: problem fixed, seems when hud framework updated the load order was re arranged causing mayhem. Settlements are back. Only loss were my provisioners.. the settlement still has their population however they no longer appear. Soon as I figure out how to close this I will.
