Old Post Settlements Installed but isnt working

I Installed Settlements and also got/read and used the Holoband, also used Settlement Menu Manager Holotape. Also refreshed it. but still, there is only Homemaker showing up in my workshop bar

lol I did this too just now.
Mine was from trying to be fully up to date, with SS3in1, Conq, looksmenu, MCM and F4SE
I had to roll back because it was a CTD feista of death.
And broken. Sim Settlements gear menu, with all the plots and stuff is gone.

New Vortex Profile.. enabling Sim Settlements, Conq, all current Conq factions + essential mods so fallout dont suck.
Got holotape from museum. Fixed.

Installed all addon-packs + Year 1&2
installed a bunch of random stuff (but nothing that effects build menu)
eg Kraggles, Workshop rearanged, homemaker
SS gear menu with plots etc, is still there.

Wait, have you obtained and ran the Sim Settlements halotape yet?

You need to run that for the SimSettlemenues to be added?

This all requires that you obtain the halotape either in the game world, mcm, or console cmd.

Not sure what you mean by "Holoband"
