Settlements crash when scrapping

I had this same problem with subway runner, I couldn't scrap anything without CTD, was a bummer because, like Fallout 3, I thought the subways should have been a big part of getting around the Commonwealth

Hey ruined... how about more of your ruined items... like a subway station with an escalator down to the fast travel function... or maybe you can use it to travel to some pre-determined subways within the commonwealth... simple "move to x, y" function ... would fit nicely with your line of thinking...

I get the same ting i get ctd wen ever i try 2 scrap at croup manor only there i get it
