Question Selecting mayor

Idk if it’s just me but when I assign a leader for a settlement and try to reassign another, it will say there isn’t anyone available. There seems to be no way to fix it, I’ve tried waiting/ sleeping

which companions do you have ?
You cud try and add the current city leader as ur current follower then try and add a differant one to teh desk.
