To welcome in the New Year and help with those pesky resolutions about winning the City Plan competition we have 3 smallish urban settlements for this months City Plan Contest!

As KG mentioned in the video the CIty Plan tool will convert Boston Airport into a full settlement with ACTUAL settler's! So don't let it intimidate you! You've got this!

Requirements:

• The settlement must have a City Planners Desk.
• The settlement must have a Beacon.
• The settlement must have a Caravan Services (Municipal) plot.
• The settlement must have a Armory (Martial) plot.
• The settlement must have a Watchtower (Martial) plot.
• The settlement must have a Communications (Municipal).
• At least 50% of your soldiers must have jobs from job plots - this is Municipal and Martial plots. Assume 1 job per plot.
• All city plans must contain all 4 levels.
• All entrants MUST upload their saves (Levels 0, 1, 2 and 3) to here for validation.
• Please use the Contest Holotape and check your settlement before submitting. Entries with Purple/Illegal items will be ineligible.
• SPECIAL RULE: Applies to Boston Airport Only. - Do not build on the Road outside the Airport as this will interfere with the Elimination of Communism! ( BOS Liberty Prime Quest).
• To encourage MAXIMUM CREATIVITY we will not be imposing any other restrictions on entries.
