Welcome to the new and slightly improved Season 4 of the Sim Settlements 2 City Plan Contest!

The format for this season will be similar to previous competitions with a few updates on the rules to accommodate the new Outposts that Chapter 3 bought us!

The first 2 settlements out the gate this month are some old favourites which are featured in SS2 Quests.

I am very much looking forward to enjoying some impenetrable bunkers of pure ultra violence and bastions of unmitigated defensiveness! (Not sure if that is a word or not. )

Requirements:

• The settlement must have a City Planners Desk and a Beacon.
• All city plans must contain all 4 levels.
• To encourage MAXIMUM CREATIVITY we will not be imposing any other restrictions on entries.
• Please use the Contest Holotape and check your settlement before submitting. Entries with Purple/Illegal items will be ineligible.

Hi folks, Yagisan here.

Just to clarify the requirements:

• The settlement must have a City Planners Desk.
• The settlement must have a Beacon.
• The settlement must have a Caravan Services (Municipal) plot.
• The settlement must have a Armory (Martial) plot.
• The settlement must have a Watchtower (Martial) plot.
• The settlement must have a Communications (Municipal).
• At least 50% of your soldiers must have jobs from job plots - this is Municipal and Martial plots. Assume 1 job per plot.
• All city plans must contain all 4 levels.
• All entrants MUST upload their saves (Levels 0, 1, 2 and 3) to here for validation. Please follow the instructions on that page.
• To encourage MAXIMUM CREATIVITY we will not be imposing any other restrictions on entries.
• Please use the Contest Holotape and check your settlement before submitting. Entries with Purple/Illegal items will be ineligible.

The Sim Settlements City Plan Contest Helper has been updated for Season 4. You can read the release notes here. It is recommended that you use this to create your entry to avoid accidentally making an invalid entry. You can install it using Wabbajack, selecting Browse Modlists, selecting Fallout 4 from the list of supported games, and checking show unofficial lists. You can't miss it.
