Scripting possibilities regarding workshop items

I've been thinking a little. I know Rise of the Commonwealth has issues, currently, with Vanilla Extensions, due to Etheron moving the meshes. Currently this is being a pain in the arse on my end, too, since it fucks with Settlement Transfer blueprints.

But I know you can move items by selecting them in the console and typing modpos x/y/x (dist), so would it be possible to maybe create a mod that does this via a script, that could fix the geometry positions? Do the meshes and the world use the same distance measuring system?

I mean the script would need some way to check positions as they stand, but it's a thought.

You need to enable tracking on your subscribed mods. Etheron fixed that a couple of days ago. He was even kind enough to convert master plan to esm so those of us utilizing esls could convert. Dropped my overall esp load order count by four after his last update...plus fixed mesh positions. Good stuff.
