Scrappin' quest is bugged, I think

Got the quest from Katherine Drake, after setting up her industry plot. Instead of telling me where to go I only get dots. Any way to fix this or work around it?

That's the issue that was fixed in with the last release.
Have you updated your game to SS2 and SS2-C2 2.3.1 and Workshop Framework 2.3.4 ?
