Solved Scrap Plots

Is it possible to scrap a plot that is outside the build able area? My Vault 88 has multiple plots blocking the cave entrance/exit .

Yes if you have Place everywhere and have workshop timeout selected F5 for that once in workshop mode

Thank you that worked and I was able to scrap the plots. I still have a bar counter and general goods counter that I'm unable to delete. Can I use a CC?
