yeah it cant be Home Improvement, HI only spawns vanilla items aside from a few custom walls. there are no edits to the game itself and you should never get an overwrite message unless updating my mod from a previous version. Ied recommend uninstalling my mod, updating sim settlements to the new 1.1.8 and downloading the new menu manager SMM and reinstalling my mode via the NMM(nexus mod manager). SMM is not required but is a huge quality of life addon that will be heavily supported in sim settlements going forward.
*On a side note, i test every mod before launch by removing my mod from my /data dir and all assets, and installing it from nexus using the nmm before releasing.*

ya, figured as much i reinstalled it and it works fine. i noticed another file was in wrong load order. lol was about to come back and delete my post =]
