RotC plans without Static object collections

I understand that there have been issues with some RotC city plans and that they will be addressed at some stage.

What I would like to suggest is that an optional file also be released that contains city plans without static object collections.
For those unsure what these are - if you go into build mode and highlight a single object, you find several (many) other objects are also highlighted.
Scrap one of them and they all disappear.

In SS1 there were complex plans - (which also had additional objects), which weren't optimized - meaning, for example, you could scrap one piece of railing without another 20 railings, 12 walls, 5 roof pieces, and 15 clutter items, etc... also disappearing leaving gaping holes across the settlement, because all you wanted to do was add in an extra set of stairs.

So yeah, I very much dislike static object collections in city plans.
Not suggesting the full old SS1 RotC complex plans with the addition objects be converted (a whole lot more work)
Just that the current plans be provided without the static object collections for those of us that like to tinker and abuse our computers
