[ROTC] Is there a way to tell when the settlement is "done"?

Hey all,

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to see if a settlement build is complete (Fully upgraded with nothing left)

I'm using ROTC to have followers build the settlements for me but I don't have enough followers for each settlement, so I will need to switch the followers to the new settlement when their old one is complete.

Does anyone know how to see this, or if there's a more efficient way to build up all the settlements using the city management desks?

There is now! In 3.1.2, the hud now displays the current level and percentage of the city's progress. When the city reaches level 3, it's done and you can send the companion some place else.

Released today. You must be buddies with the FBI agent that lives in my computer.

Does there happen to be a Starlight drive-in pre-made in the works? Its by far the worst settlement to work with. Its just so... open, and ready for creativity. Dreadful!

Yeah, we actually have a Starlight design finished, it just takes a while to convert it into the format that works with Sim Settlements.

Awesome! My temporary settlement for Starlight is a strip of wood floors with houses and industrials lining it. I have to say its SUPER creative.

I might even build vertically next time!
