I'm hoping you can stick a 2x2 martial plot in there somewhere, if at all possible.

UniversityPointSettlementSPE.esp is broken. I might be able to fix it with a patch though. Author is MIA.


universityoverhaul.esp also appears broken. That one touches a lot of the surrounding area - I'm not going to consider that one.
