Regarding Mansfield's Sister

Is Mansfield's Sister always

supposed to be undressed when you discover her during the quest to find her and the Gunners?

Cos all of my 4 playthrough she was found like this.

Hasn't been that way in any of my playthroughs.

She was clothed the first time I found her. My second playthrough she was sans clothing. And at the bottom of the lock, which took a while to figure out because the quest marker wasn't in quite the right place.

Eesh!
For me, my issues with people sans clothing was related to another mod I had installed. (All of the main characters in Covenant had issues)
