Big disclaimer - this thread is NOT for posting new issues or bug reports, but to let everyone know we have a new thing : )

There is a new page on the wiki designed to keep track of current bugs and glitches with SS2. This should make it easier for the team to keep track of everything, and for the users to find their problem, relevant forum threads and potential solutions. The list is obviously incomplete but it's going to be updated from time to time :) Info on that process can be found on the page.

Appreciate this thread. You work hard to make it so useful. Kudos. BTW, why is everyone writing about your picture? <mischievous smile>
Thank you, and I admit I'm slacking really hard so (this goes for everyone) feel free to ping me whenever there's stuff to be added (or changed, or whatever) and it's confirmed by multiple people recently.
There was a thread for it too.. this?

No idea :)

I believe the no leaders to be selected from issue has been fixed for the next update (which I assume is 3.0)

I'm not sure about the "ASAMs arn't shared through provisioners" one. I've had no problem building plots with ASAM's stored in other settlements workshops. However, the poster may have the setting that allows construction costs to be taken from the workbench set as off. Thus when constructing a city plan, no ASAMs will be found as they cannot be put in virtual storage.
The key thing is to make sure that construction costs can be taken from the workbench and/or player inventory when constructing a city plan.
I will suggest to KingGath that when city plans are being built those settings are ignored for the purposes of paying the ASAM cost.

Yay!

I wasn't thinking about city plans in this manner, to be honest. That could be a nice QoL thing. Generally SS2 makes provisioners useless so I tend to forget they exist. One thing they could be useful for though is getting ASAMs from other settlements. But it seems easier to just carry 100 of them on your back at all times.

Just regular caravan connections will do that (the ASAM's are just a junk item, so are shared like any other junk item when building in workshop mode - actual junk, not just virtual resources).
I brought up city plans because that is the only time they won't automatically be used if you have the "share workbench" option turned off. Any time you place a plot, it can always take the ASAM from any other connected settlements workbench, at least in my experience.

The "Too many settlers" bug may not be related to the Nuka World Plus mod at all. I didn't have it when I had this issue. However, it may be related to the issue when the number of beds doesn't update correctly after a plot upgrade. The effect is more severe if you have multi-person residentials, of course.

Except for survival players and the like who care about the weight of everything they carry around. (Which doesn't include myself as I more or less always cheat after I played this game a zillion time, but still.)
I didn't think asams would weigh anything on survival (but of course they would, that sounds like a survival thing). Personally with how much the game loves random crashes, random BS that kills you and long loading times, survival sounds like a nightmare to me.

ASAMs, and "Box of ASAMs", still have 0 weight even on Survival. The trick is just remembering where you left the things after compulsively unloading all your Junk every time you pass a Workbench.
This is why whenever I craft a "Box of ASAMs" I immediately hand it to a companion so I don't accidentally dump it in the workbench.

I seriously think the "Too many settlers" is connected to communications. Even after changing my settings to limit by bed count. Any settlement with a communications plot, player built or city plan, brings in too many settlers. Replacing those plots fixes the issue.

I was convinced of the opposite... (comms plots regulating that)
