I had about 25 scrips running so I went out into the game world to let them catch up. Finally, I decided to do a raid and the announcement that the raid had started and to join the team displayed before any options for the rank and number of recruits. I got to select how many attackers after the announcement that the raid had started and to join the assault but with no rank selection option and when I arrived at the meeting point there was no one there.
