Question - City Plans in Contest

Do these city plans come packed with the addon plots the designer used or does one need the addon packs to reach the designer's choice?

I am going to work on my next round of Conqueror Pre-Builts and want to make sure my mod page is accurate and up-to-date since there is no specific mention that there are add-on packs as requirements.

No the addons are not included in the city plan pack. They would have to be installed by the user.

Thanks, Phil. I was wondering when I did the pre-builds, that it would be the default plans of ROTC/SS... I suppose I need to do my pre-builds with all the addon packs included so people get the designer's choice, and if they don't have them, then it defaults - to the default random choice?

You don't need to do that, they can swap to designers choice and refresh the plan and it will work.
Also designers choice is off by default and has to be turned on per settlement so you can't do it for prebuilds (I think).
Besides I'm sure a lot of people don't give a shit about it if they are just going to Conqueror settlements anyways, I know I don't unless I'm going to spend time there.

Oh, so that's what I meant... I do not need to build with the Add-on packs since built into the city plans - meaning, that if your city uses Mega 1 and Mega 2, it is already in the city plan and if they want your design, no need for the addition addon's...

Gotcha… that's what I thought... apologize if I wasn't clear. I want to see all the design's beauty so I personally install them all! Besides, I hate when a default blocks a doorway when the designer obviously didn't do that!!

So, I am just going to list them on my mod page so they can be referenced if one chooses to install them.
