when the mission if i had a hammer i use a building plan
but then after I play long enough, I realize the story not progressing, so I decided to look some wiki, it says to Construct plots for your settlers and then cutscene will appear, but the old paul and lily didn't have any cutscene since they auto assign in the settlement.
is there any solution for me to finish the story without restart the game or reset the settlement?
