Solved Quest broken

i have just done the mission ractous reconoitering and am now on the final quest stage which is talk to jammer however when i talk to jammer its not quest dialog its just his normal dialog aka him being a talking raid board if anyone knows how to fix this any help would be apreciated

Found a fix to the issue it seems jammer shooting aiden is in some way tied to killing all the minute men in the area after doing that i was able to get the quest to complete correctly
