Fixed Problem with companion affinity chats and commercial plots

This is by far one of the strangest bugs I've encountered. Long story short this is a new game where I'm collecting companion perks, and the commersial plots don't play nice with their affinity chats.

I started with Codsworth, did some quests and became General of the Minutemen which was enough to get his perk conversation to trigger.

So once Preston offers to join me as a companion (thus becoming eligible as a unique settler for SS) I had to turn him down long enough to talk to Codsworth and claim his perk. In that time SS assigned Preston a house and a job at the pharmacy commercial plot. There wasn't any issues until I hit Admired with Preston... at which point every time I approached him I would initiate the dialog to access his store back in Sanctuary rather than starting his 'Admired' dialog.

It seems that when I took Preston as a companion SS never unassigned the store from him. I've since demolished the store to break the link (this appeared to be the only way to do this... I can't fire Preston and tell him to go somewhere else because of the Castle quest). Alas at this time I can't confirm if that has fixed the issue as I'm playing survival and got killed before I could save my game after hitting Admired.

However in the Workshop mode Preston has gone from a medical bag symbol to unassigned after I demolished the store (hell I demolished the plot period).

I think an easy way to prevent this issue would be running a quick script to sever all SS assignments for a unique settler when you take them with you as a companion... or if this is already supposed to happen it may need to be checked.

The severing of assignment is supposed to happen as part of Bethesda's workshop scripts. I think I know where the problem is though, and can probably put in a workaround.

It was a quick code change. So after next patch, if you still have this issue - we'll need to look for mod conflicts.
