Researching Prediction in Happiness Report

I've seen another thread on the happiness report, but it seems different to the issue I have. I'm curious if this is just me, or a common problem.
Using workshop framework, my happiness report shows a prediction that is clearly incorrect. When you add up the numbers (food, shelter etc), they add to 71. The current happiness is 68. Using workshop framework, the predicted happiness is 79 which is clearly wrong. If I uninstall workshop framework, the predicted value shows a more realistic value (70 I think).
Is this a known bug that is being worked on, or is it just my game?

I’ll look at this also tonight and try to put some screenshots in the thread. It has been reported before and continues to be an issue for some users. Also, if I can replicate it i’ll try to see which math is actually correct in-game to see what calculations are actually taking precedence in game.

In my last experience with this it was sporadic and I ended up ignoring it after fiddling with my settings “shelter” I think is what I used but, had to go to each settlement where it was happening and stay awhile in order for it to normalize. That was my game, other users did not get similar results and were frustrated.

As is 70 vs 79 isn’t too bad, sometimes users did not account for other variations? I am interested in seeing how my stats look as I have recently restarted.

Sim Settlements is not integrated with Workshop Framework, and so the happiness report is not accurate any longer. I've attempted to fix it, but without full integration, it's likely always going to have quirks, so this will likely remain an issue for the foreseeable future.

Thanks Kinggath. I had always assumed they were designed to work together.
If I may ask a stupid question - when you go to the happiness report with WSFW installed, a message comes up saying saying it is generating the report using WSFW. If this isn't working correctly, couldn't it just generate the report without using WSFW even if it is installed?

Ahhh, so is the actual happiness value for the settlement closer to what could be manually calculated (and/or the prediction)? Or is it the number showing in the report (20 in my Sanctuary, 54 in all my other settlements)? Would a good work-around be setting a given settlement's happiness via console?
