Fixed Post 4.0.1 When Freedom Calls Still In Log Failed + Bodies

I killed Preston and gang. Post 4.0.1, however, that quest is still in my log as FAILED to return to Preston. Checked. Yup. Still dead.

Also, original defenders of settlements/hired guns post 4.0.1 still lingering even after traveling all over the Wealth and many in-game days.

Finally found a way to deal with this without messing with the vanilla quest. Objectives should hide themselves after you install next week's patch.
