So my original issue with Plotting the Future, where the Stranger gets stuck in an animation loop on the agricultural plot (see here:https://simsettlements.com/site/index.php?threads/plotting-the-future-bug-save-file-attached.14085/) I was able to bypass using a console command (ss2_sirick_mq02 35). Using this method, the quest completed and moved on to the Industrial portion; he instructed me to build the plot and the quest mirrored that. However, on opening the workshop, industrial plots are not unlocked. I waited several in-game days, sleeping, waiting, and going and finishing multiple quests before coming back to see if it had been fixed. It still had not, so I finally caved and used the cheat option listed in the city manager terminal.
There is still no industrial plot showing up in the workshop menu, even waiting several in-game days after the cheat unlock. The only plots available to me are residential and agricultural, although the city plan has constructed entertainment and industrial plots without any issue (and also doesn't seem to be prioritizing homes or essentials at all). I am currently on 1.0.0.g
I am also getting a reoccuring bug where it will notify me that one of my leaders doesn't have a desk and needs to be reassigned to one--yet when I go to fix this, they not only have a desk, they are assigned to it.
I will be attaching a save file shortly.

Edit 2: I am now also finding that Abernathy farm, despite having a leader and several active Sim Settlements plots as well as being functional for me previously (after I completed the quest) is now claiming that I am "not allied to this settlement" and no longer allowing me to access the workbench.
