I was working on my October city plan in Starlight last night where I was placing LOTS of neon letters from Project Blueprint. I noticed a few letters were missing at one point, so I began looking closer. I then found that when I would either bring up the console or the save menu while the letter array was in view, letters began "blinking out of existence" in rapid succession and in no particular order that I could determine. There were also some other non-letter objects that eventually disappeared.
Prior to building this array, I had starting using the layer system. I quickly realized I wasn't going to remember using it properly anyways (I kept forgetting about it), and I moved everything onto the default layer and deleted the numbered layers. My best guess is it's somehow connected to the ability to hide objects on layers with Workshop Plus, though.
I noticed this happening towards the end of the night, and, unfortunately, I didn't have much time to test. In fact, I probably won't have much time to get back in-game until tomorrow night.
