"Percent to next level" stuck at 79%

Settlement is Graygarden, L2 79%. It hasnt changed since several RL hours. Tried rebuild plots/city/data without success. Out of many settlements that reached L3 100% this is the first instance where that kind of issue occurs.

Im thankful for every help! :P

There are many robots in Graygarden that could be preventing happiness growth if you have dinamic needs ON, and that could the reason. Try to get rid of them or build some recreational plots to compliment for it.

Thanks for the reply! I turned off Dynamic Needs for now and changed the leader from codsworth (byebye immersion) to a human. Happiness is at 79 now and the percentage went to 96. But no progress anymore. I know that other settlements upgraded with less happiness.

And I cant get rid of the other robots. The "move" option is not available.

Help please! :D

I don't remember if they are killable, but in my Last playthrough i had a mortal option for settlers, and they died during and attack. Then i tossed their remains inside a box lol

The percentage towards completion has to do with time and also your plots all leveling up. In order to get L3 plots, you need 80 happiness.

Oh, could have sworn that Sanctuary upgraded with less than 80. But if anyone knows then its you, kinggath.

Fixed it by killing a Mr. Handy robot and donating some Nuka Colas and Beer to compensate the happiness penalty. Happiness went up to 80, the last Lv2 plot upgraded and the city upgraded shortly after aswell.
