Patch 3.5.0 - Modistential Crisis

I'm uncertain, with all of the different startup options - it could be that a particular one you choose could cause issues and not others.

Best way to check would be to roll up a character with the same options you chose for that one, and go to Abernathy to see if you end up with the same issue.

I just updated to 3.5.0b from 3.4.6. I have a large and old save that currently has 13 RotC Complex city plans running. I use the vanilla city plans with a few plot addon packs such as IDEK's logistics station and WV2. I downloaded the separate complex plans after receiving the warning notification in game. After loading my save and checking on a few settlements, I started getting notifications about Outpost Zimonja starting to build various new plots. In my save, that settlement is already level 3 and finished so I went there to check on it. I noticed that some plots were being built over existing plots. I'm just wondering what went wrong and if I can do something to fix it.

Edit: I just double checked my load order and noticed SimSettlements_RotC_Complex_TaffingtonBoathouse.esl is the only new entry. Should there be a .esl for each city plan I chose in the FOMOD?

Yeah, it should be creating esls for each one you chose.

Which mod manager are you using?

I'm using NMM 65.4. The rest of the .esls seemed to show up once I restarted NMM a couple of times. They just didn't activate. Upon reloading the save, I checked the city plan and it says it's complex now and I have no more unusual notifications. NMM was just being wonky with the installation. Thanks for the response and sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.
