Worth a check if AFT is in the proper place in your load orders (should be near the bottom I think, but honestly not much experience with it :/ ) Also doesn't it have a thing to make all companions follow you? Unless I'm mixing it up with something

A couple of things to try, redownload the mod. If you are on Steam, Verify your game files.
A small hick up on the internet when downloading can corrupt a file or miss a file.

This one is meant to tell you data was corrupted at some point but its restored and all is good. Very strange that it happens on a new game...

Do we know what data is being reported on as being 'corrupt'? This might help track down the culprit.

annoying bug, finished ss2 completely and back to nilla quest, still have the % meter in the screen on the upper right quadrant showing 0% , haven't found a setting yet to make it go away
