  • Fixed the bug causing maintenance costs to be enable for everyone!
  • Added Quest skipping tools to the holotape! These will help you get past points you get stuck in the main quest, or speed a new save up to where you were.
  • HUD should now recall your last used position/scale settings!
  • And loads more!

Everyone, please note the update to 1.0.15a

This update fixed the HUD not popping back after moving it, and skipping the quests.

There was a small issue with the archive. This update fixes both issues above. :drinks

I've only tried a few times, but have been unable to get the Skip Quest tools to work. When I select the first option (to skip the current quest), the text in the pip-boy reloads, and nothing happens. The same thing occurs for the other option. I've only attempted it when the quest is first assigned, so I hadn't done anything within that quest yet. :( This could be totally isolated, so if it is, please feel free to chalk it up to wonky FO4. If this is reported often, I can do a little more in-depth poking about.

The issue was with the initial .15 upload. Update to .15a to resolve the quest skip menu item.

Not sure if anybody else has this but after the 1.0.15 and .15a update am having a hard time getting power production plots to connect to the power receiving poles or box to connect it to the other settlement items.

Yeah, I noticed it seemed a little slow with the "plot connector" but it still popped in after a few minutes. Haven't tested at multi-settlements just one.
So, for me it just seemed slow - I didn't screw with it and it kicked in after a bit.
I just chalked it up to script lag?

I’m thinking the same had tenpines fire off pretty fast and was all working in about 5 mins after laying out building and assigning settlers. Where sanctuary and redrocket can’t seem to get connected even after a few hours playing the game. May be just something stuck there. Will probably try replacing the plots completely along with the poles/box and see if that works tomorrow. Just seems after the .15 updates stuff was taking a little longer specially in those two. But in the triangle I always just assume it’s cause of the area and closeness or them.

I had a background turret sound stick that I picked up at RR and still had it running in DC.
The normal stuff didn't make it go away. I think I found it in fallrim but just rolled back and replayed and it never came back so I was happy.
Just normal FO4 goofiness.
Things sometimes get stuck.
All the SS patches I try to update out of a settlement and in an internal cell then wait. After waiting I walk to a settlement before testing the patch.
If anything just so I have a good spot to roll back to. Things just seem to work better when I do that?

I'll try more power tests tomorrow and post if I see anything out of wack? Something to keep an eye out for.

Well this patch has a lot of recalculating of the resources going on at the settlements you visit. In fact it is recommended that you visit each settlement and let it run for a while so this can happen. I almost think that with the level of fixes that this or the next might to the point of new save to get full benefit of.

Yeah, he did say to visit them all in the patch video.

hahahaha, I got distracted thank you for pointing that out :drinks I'll be doing that next.

Yeah I’ll probably just replace the plot with a generator and let the plot be like a rec plot so happiness is good. Then hope it all works it self out I the back end while I’m playing.

so basically it’s just sanctuary and red rocket that I could not get power plots to work so replaced them with generators and moved along. Every other settlement seems to be working as advertised.
