So, I went to the church right before 9pm and sat there and just waited (not using the wait function) but he didnt start saying anything. The church seems repaired, there are lit candles and a statue and such added, and I got a prompt in my misc quests to go attend, but still nothing. I am still quite early into the SS2 questline, I tried this whole thing after getting back from vault tech HQ but havent gone to diamond city yet (im on survival so im taking things slow)
