Not a bug Papyrus errors from a manufacturer?

Here's an entire Papyrus log. The error I'm seeing is about like so:

[08/05/2017 - 02:00:59PM] error: (FF029490): the animation graph (DLC05WorkshopConveyorBuilder01) cannot currently process event "Manufacture".

Is that expected?

Yeah, the contraptions builders spew out errors. That one is from a vanilla builder, but my extended versions do it as well.

It means that it couldn't process the manufacture animation when it tried to do so.

Edit: I should clarify a bit, it's not really a bug, or rather it's a bug we can't fix and in this case is a bug with the vanilla game
