Those Tree Tent plots will clip into each other at level 3 if you were to stack them. I spaced them slightly farther apart and they still clipped from the back of each plot...FYI

The season mod is use is this https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5810 I use the Autumn mod, as each season is on its own. However you can install all 4, then active them independently of each other, every time you load the game. I use the autumn since it still represents the commonwealth as having been destroyed but with some growth...

I was going to add trees in between the tree houses, but it's already starting to lag a bit...
