The headline say it all. How much threads doo SSQ needs for basic story line together with attacks and squad managment? When I ask this I mean only SSQ instaled. All settlments exept ones restricted prebuild on level 3? Do 10 enabled threads doo the job?

I don't understand the reason for this question. This would differ from setup to setup but in general everything can be done on 1 thread. More threads just speeds up or slows down the process.

Threading doesn't affect if something can be done, it affects how quickly it can be done and how to make optimal use of the CPU/GPU.

I am curently testing, debuging and sorting out comp. issues that PANPC and SSQ/SS have together with Greslin. Working on that from version 1.9. Curenly playing SSQ on hight setings with all settlments prebuild on level 2, and PANPC on full power. I am interested in number of threads because of the optimization of the these two mods and making room for others. Let's be honest, nobody will instal SSQ adn PANPC only.

Threading does not affect scripts. It affects only the building portion and time of SS. Conqueror to my knowledge doesn't have a threading option. Workshop Framework does but again the threads don't apply to scripting and papyrus. My gut is telling me it won't have an impact.

Furthermore threads are very specific to your machine configuration. What would be a sweet spot for you on one PC won't be the same on the other. The Xbox is not worth the effort since it is already limited and preconfigured.

Strangely I have never experienced issues playing PANPC and SSQ/SS together however I spent a lot of time getting my LO's optimized and building patches.

Thank you for the answer. I notice that Workshop Framework has 50 threads on default. Would reducing that, limit how many autobuild and workshop scripts fire up? Does WF needs so many threads?

Again it won't affect scripts. All it will do is slow down building if at all noticeable depending on your machine. I would suggest you place your attention elsewhere as your not going to gain much with these settings.
