Question NPC outfit bug (Andrew Docker)

There is something wrong with his Outfit, and arm is partially missing.
Is this how its supposed to look?

EDIT: Actually I have Junktown for Sim Settlements 2

The missing part is most likely a conflict with another mod or a bad install, you can try a manual install and see if that helps.
