Not able to scrap/move some objects added by RotC

Hello there,

I came across an issue where its not possible to scrap some of the stuff that RotC added to my Settlements. For example chairs, junk (like construction materials or neon signs that are lieing around) and many more. Currently Im experiencing that with mainly Sanctuary and Starlight (my only settlements that are L3 100%).

I made screenshots and uploaded them on imgur. Since Im not allowed to post links yet here the relevant ending: /a/HAI7e8N. They show that in workshop mode the only option given is to press ESC when hovering over the highlighted objects.

Specs: i5 4670k at 4.8ghz; GTX 1070 OC; 16gb Ram

Thank you very much! Couldnt have hoped for a better solution.

There is one more concern that can also be seen in those screenshots I uploaded. There are several objects in my 100% settlements that look misplaced or unfinished, for example chairs directly under stairs, beds right in front of doors or junk material lieing around here and there. It feels like the building process of my settlement is not yet finished and I have missed s.th. at one point or so.

Maybe someone can clear things up for me (dont think opening another thread is needed since Im prob overthinking this too much)

Do a city refresh. Sometimes items disorder when the city upgrades. And also, some interior plots doesn't fit the room they were placed (especially if you have designer's choice off)
