Not a bug No Pipboy Found

I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but in the Museum, after picking up the City Management tape and playing it, I got he Found Pipboy with OK being the choice to click. I click that and I get No Pipboy Found. This leaves me with no option to build plots. Does this unlock further into the questline or is it a bug?

Its a bug.
Disable HUDramework ,enter game and use holotape save exit enable HUDframework again

hopefully that will fix it

I don't have HUD Framework. Should I?

O no HUDFramework is cool but not needed .

save then loading not fix the pip boy issue?

Actually, I downloaded HUD Framework and now the City Mangement holotapeworks fine.

if you don't have SMM(settlement menu manager) I wud recommend u download that as well
