No Duplicate Plots

I would like a mod or setting that prevents me from seeing the same plot twice unless every plot option for a plot type has already spawned.

I ALWAYS allow random plots and never select them. I think it would be cool if I never had duplicates of the same plot. I would like it to detect plots across the commonwealth rather than just locally.

As a workaround, you can manually add any building plan that has already been randomly selected to your blacklist using the city planner's desk.
