Hey guys! Have a bit of a bug here (I think). I go to the city planner's desk and when I try to go select a theme (military, tech, nature etc.) nothing populates. Now I know certain themes like the brotherhood of steel and the institute pops up when you ally with those factions, but the standard stuff does not seem to appear. Is there something else I need to download? A certain point in the story I need to complete (still on Act 1 btw) before I can change things?
Now I saw someone had a similar issue and had posted it on the forums, but that was three years ago, and the thread does not seem to have had a satisfactory conclusion to the query. Any recommendations guys? I'd love to start playing around with this feature soon!
