Solved no City Plans available, RotC installed using NMM

I have holotape, built City Planners desk at:
Sancuary
Red Rocket
Tenpines

and all say there are no plans available. even checked that RotC files are present under
\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data

Any suggestions?

Please confirm you do have the latest version of SS 3 in 1 installed. (4.2.6)
I assume you have tried accessing them more than once. ie, go to desk, search for plan, get no plans message, exit menu, try again. I have seen it where it takes a while to update the plans after you start the game. Has taken up to 5 mins real time before. - Just trying to clear up the obvious!

I can confirm I have 4.2.6 version of SS 3 in 1
I tried loading plans after load, then played for 30 minutes in nearby location, came back and still no plans.

Now when i think about it, after using holotape i had no "setup wizard" as well, it put me just straight to settings, even tough I said I'm new

Have you tries to run the configuration wizard from the holotape? It might kick it into life?

Fast travel to different settlement and same result.

Guess ill stock up on beer and do mod cleaning during weekend

Well fuck, had better plan. Start new game and see if it works. And it does.

Should've gotten it anyway. Spent half of Saturday looking for mod breaking scrapper perk.

Doesn't help that it was mod that has "scrapper" in the name
