Very cool! I've been surprised as I take a look at actually using the spaces just how large some of the settlements are. Broken uneven ground filled with junk you can't get rid of without mods, but actually rather large o.O

Your Somerville looks great! I really like how you've chosen the right place for all the plots - like one of Jibs' Tree houses at the end of the pier, with the Fisherman's Hut right next to the boats. So nice to see!! And the turret on the front of Warchild's Weapons fits perfectly

The tree house is actually outside of the [even the extended] settlement build area, so I don't know how well it will work with the sim functions, but that island begged for a tree house with great views over the swamplands.

Me too! Actually, that might take a while. Life you know. Hopefully I'll get some time off during the holidays. Currently I'm at the studding stage...
