night vision

so at first i thought it was some kind of conflict with west tek goggles or maybe creative perks but after 2 days of changing load order and disabling and what not i decided to try my enb i figured out the enb i was using didnt support night vision so i switched to reactor enb which does and i still have the problem so then i removed the enb all together and the problem is still there and when i say no night vision i also mean the perk doesnt work either and my computer specs are over kill
