Nexus says I need all the mods for the SS2 all chapters version?

I'm trying to re-install the mod but with all chapters instead of just one. I tried looking on the web for an answer, but I couldn't find one so I'm asking here, on nexus when I download the all chapters mod it says:

This mod requires one or more additional files in order to work properly.
Please ensure you have these files installed properly before attempting to use this file

• Sim Settlements 2chevron_right
• Sim Settlements 2 - Chapter 2chevron_right
• Workshop Frameworkchevron_right

So I don't know initially the home page for SS2 doesn't suggest you need chapter 2, and I would imagine the all chapters brings chapter 2 with it, so do I need both the base and chapter 2 like Nexus says? Or can I just get away with downloading just the all chapters mod?

Edit: Just download the mod, you don't need the base sim settlements 2 and the chapter 2 included.
