Primary Bug Report New Plots on the Block - Jake won't build new plot types

When Jake is building the other plot types, such as commercial and martial, he won't interact with it. When auto assign is on, the other settlers stop him from using it. When auto assign is off, he just doesn't do anything. Does anyone know ho to fix this? I don't have any saves before this happened either so I can't tell him to skip the examples.

I have the problem that Jack doesn’t build a plot and the quest doesn’t go any further. It was the quest with a martial business and free time. That’s of course stupid because I had an auto memory wrong and the game was not saved for 2 hours and 20 minutes hatt and now I'm back with Ron and have to play everything translated by Google

Same problem here. jack does nothing... any solution ? i can't continue sim settlement 2 because of that...
