New installation problem since latest patch on xbox one issue

So I am on xbox & I have played through the entire main quest line for sim settlements 2, it's amazing but I went to update the mod today, it downloaded then uninstalled the mod & it will no longer install, after downloading it, it says it cannot be installed, I downloaded other mods, no problem, I have over 1.2 GB free on my mod list so space should not be an issue, it does say if a mod is to big to download & it's not doing that, so I'm not sure what the problem is

Have you updated Workshop Framework to the latest version released today?
This is a hard requirement for Sim Settlements, afaik. I'm not on xbox so I can't verify, but this could be teh issue here...

I'm having the same problem I have updated workshop framework aswell
I have tried the following

Disable mods related to ss
Hard reset of Xbox

I still have over 1gb free space
