If you have already started as a raider with Jammer, can you change fractions group and kill him. Or do you have to start a new game... tried killing him and he doesn't die lol.

Editted: Kinggath as mentioned on youtube i had Jammer and the gang at Red Rocket, went to sanctuary and put a war desk there picked fraction as minuteman and my recruits that arrived were raider not minuteman. Anyone else having this problem??

Not that way, but I was doing a raid on Murkwater with Jammer’s raiders to start a new outpost and Minutemen Volunteers showed up and acted either like settlers or as a part of my raiders. The Minutemen would be wounded like a non-killable NPC and the get up and fight the raiders again. This happened a few times then they just became a member of the settlement. Murkwater did not have anything on it besides the base assets. I had killed the mirlurks just before starting the assault.
 
I had a problem where the Minuteman Faction pack caused the other packs I had to not be listed at the war desk. Is it because it is a liberator pack?

I have the same issue. I've tried everything, including killing Jammer and the raiders, but there's nothing I can see to correct the issue. I cannot abandon the raider outpost I made at Zimonja, so I get a mix of Minutemen and Raider NPCs in all my settlements.
I think I'm going to have to start over and make a game with Conquest removed completely because it's wrecked this current play through like nothing before.
 
The latest toolkit has this warning:

IMPORTANT- Do NOT use your Soldier forms for any of these. Having the kgSIM_PlayableFaction on any of these NPCArmy forms will cause much of the Conqueror code to screw up as it is used to decide which NPCs are part of the player’s army.

I wonder if the author of the MM faction pack missed this?
 
is it possible to add this issue to the list of issues related to conqueror? in essence, you can recruit for a specific faction, but, using the minutemen faction as an example, you can and will recruit friendly raiders as well as minutemen, which is obviously not what is intended.

What other packs were you using? Liberator function has nothing to do with whether something shows up or not.

No, that specific line is for attacker/guard forms for raids/defense against settlements that aren't part of the ones you do from the War Planner's Desk. I have the MM pack and looked at it, and he is using a vanilla actor base so no faction problems. I haven't seen anyone mention this happening for my BOS faction pack yet, and I haven't seen this behavior in mine, so I am not sure what could be causing it yet. I do see one thing that might be causing some strange things to happen and I will ask him about it.
