new favorite fallout thing

I played around a little modding a combat shotgun. Once I figured out how some things worked, I was able to make it send NPCs flying. (Made it much more "shotgun" like. Even after playing around modding other weapons, my favorite is that trusty shotgun. It also doubled as a "Get out of the way Dogmeat!" tool. Hmmm, that gives me an idea for a rocket powered sledge hammer......... Launching raiders into outer space one at a time. ;) Maybe the New Bugle would print an article, "First Raider in Space."
You've been dreaming of that fantasy land where the cheese loving giants wack you with their clubs -- and send you into the stratosphere, haven't you? ;)

That is part of why I never use that Explosive Legendary effect myself. (the other being it makes combat at any kind of distance too easy - I swear something is off about how it calculates the damage on explosions in general)
I used the spray and pray a lot on my early play throughs, mostly for swan and mirelurk queens. It definitely applies it’s damage to all body parts, but it seemed like it was doing 15 damage per body part, which is an extra 90 or more per shot on most things.

I wish I had a screenshot of a troubleshooters gamma gun I got once. And this whole time I thought robots were immune to rad damage…

Have you seen the Fat Man that shoots newborn Shauns?

If there were something like a mr handy buzzblade with 3 or 4 hands on the spinning part that you could hold like a weedeater and deliver rapid fire slaps, I would totally use that.
On Marcy Long................ ftfy

I made a shotgun I called "The Ban Hammer" that I use in test saves for when you need to put the errant raider on "time out" for disturbing your train of thought. Then you forget... shoot a radroach... then watch your death anim for the millionth time. Maybe it would be easier to type tai...
