Need to move Fish Food from Glowing Sea

Sorry about making this thread, but I was hoping if someone could provide the NPC ID for Fish Food. The reason for this is because I just finished his quest Fishing Expedition and sent him to Abernathy Farm. It doesn't look like he's arrived, and I know this is a problem because I've had the same situation with the Powell Family being stuck in their cave after I finished their quest.

Update: Sorry, I don't really know how to delete a thread on this site, but unfortunately I'm unable to get Fish Food out of the safe room even after going back into the glowing sea and getting his ID. He really just doesn't leave it even after a few days

Yeah I went back to the Glowing Sea to get his ID, but unfortunately it seems like the console doesn't recognize him after I leave him in the Offices. Tried it when I teleported to Vault 95 and back at Abernathy. I'll try it at another settlement, but it doesn't look too promising. Thanks for responding though.

He really just doesn't leave it even after a few days

First play through he newer appeared in settlement , but he was counted as settler.
Second play through looks its the same.Days passing but he is not appearing (different settlement)
I can try to move him with console commands, just wanted attention from mod authors on this issue.
Mod is latest version.

When you tell him to work for you, he does say "give me a couple of days to wash the rads off". I assume it would be at least two game days before he turns up. It may even be 2 days before he starts towards the settlement, then another day or two to get there. I would suggest give him four to six days to turn up, then go looking for him. I just recruited him myself, so I'll give him four days at least.

This is a big necro but I'm running into the same problem with Fish Food, and it's been probably an in-game month now, still hasnt made it to the settlement i sent him too.

Ill use some console commands to debug this
