Since this last update I thought I had lost all the work I did on the front end of sanctuary. So I thought I just do some screenshots and share what I have so far.

What mod provides the brick walls to replace the broken walkway / retaining walls along the river?

Like the look... much like mine.

I used Sanctuary Riverfront, as a guilde. I redid it so not to have the mod. And the water is Sanctuary Hills - Water and Roads Remadehttp://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25016/?. I have been playing with this town since Sim Settlements came out. Forgot about the game itself lol. I have tried many different ways to do the town, but found that this is the one I like the most. Now just planning the layout etc.....
